What is the Industrial Floor
Generally, they are composite systems with many applications and consist of multiple layers (eg substrates – water vapor barrier-reinforced concrete with hard surface, helical sanding, and expansion joints).

Industrial flooring works
-Well-laid and structured substrate
-Vapor barrier (with nylon)
-Placement of preset armor.
-Staining concrete – with polypropylene fibers and adding a specific superfusion material- to the desired thickness and desired flatness with a beam or with a laser screed if applicable
-Detail surface with standard floor hardeners (blue mix)
-Surface grinding with special sanders (single or double helicopters) initially with disc and then with flaps.
-Cover using spray-resistant membrane.
-Expansion joint jamming
-Surface waterproofing (if desired)

We use the latest technology Copperhead Laser-Screed SOMERO for the laying of concrete, which offers high quality, performance and productivity in the flooring, resulting in excellent rapid compaction and aesthetic result.
We apply dry material on fresh concrete or cement as soon as they begin to coagulate. After we wet the surface and then work with a special grinding machine ((DUAL HELICOPTER)).
